We want you to enjoy and be satisfied with Idean courses. If you are not satisfied for some reason, we request you to give us an opportunity to fix any problem and serve you. Anyway, if you are not satisfied, all pre-recorded courses purchased on Idean can be refunded if requested within 7 Days of purchase. We have "7 Days No-Question-Asked BULLETPROOF 100% Refund Policy", so feel free to request a refund without providing a reason (but we highly appreciated if you let us know the reasons so we can improve and give you a better experience in the future).

The 7 days refund policy is NOT applicable for any other training programs, workshops, consultancy or any other services than pre-recorded courses. 

HOW TO REQUEST FOR REFUND

  1. Find your ORDER ID 
  2. Contact Us and let know your ORDER ID, course url, mobile number and other required info

SOMEONE MAY NOT GET REFUND IF

  • The request was after 7 days of placing the order
  • The request after completing 100% of the course since a certificate has already been issued
  • S/he has downloaded any or all resources / videos / materials of the course
  • Purchased and request refund for multiple courses within a short time period
  • We find s/he is trying to abuse the refund-feature by any means
