At IDEAN Consulting, we strive to deliver valuable learning experiences through our consulting, courses and programs. Learners and Clients satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage learners to reach out if they face any issues so we may assist them appropriately.

The following refund policy outlines the conditions under which refund requests may be considered, based on the type of product or service purchased.

1. Refund Policy for Pre-Recorded Courses

Refund requests for pre-recorded courses may be made within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date.

This is covered under our 7 Days No-Question-Asked BULLETPROOF 100% Refund Policy, meaning learners may submit a refund request without being required to provide a reason.
(However, we appreciate feedback as it helps us improve our offerings and overall experience.)

This refund policy applies exclusively to pre-recorded courses.

2. Refund Policy for Live Programs

For live programs, including but not limited to live online training, cohort-based programs, challenges, or instructor-led sessions, the following applies:

• Refund requests are accepted only before the first live session begins.
• Once the first live session has taken place, refund requests will no longer be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of whether the participant attends, joins late, misses, or does not join the session at all.
• Participants removed or banned from a program due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, disruptive conduct, violation of community guidelines, or any form of misconduct are not eligible for refunds, regardless of timing or participation status.

This policy is necessary due to advance planning, instructor scheduling, operational costs, and limited seat allocation associated with live programs.

3. Refund Requests Will Not Be Accepted If

A refund request may be declined under the following circumstances:

• The request is made after the applicable refund period.
• The learner has completed 100% of a pre-recorded course and a certificate has already been issued.
• Refund requests are made for multiple courses within a short period of time, indicating potential misuse.
• We identify any attempt to abuse or manipulate the refund policy
• Access to a program has been revoked due to behavioral violations, including but not limited to abusive conduct, harassment, disruptive actions, threats, or breaches of community standards.
• The participant joined a program through partial or installment payment, attended one or more sessions, and later sought a refund without completing the agreed payment obligations.
• The purchase relates to consultancy services, customized services, workshops, or other non-course offerings, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• The learner has accessed, downloaded, or used course materials, recordings, frameworks, templates, private groups, or other program resources beyond what is reasonably necessary for evaluation.
• The refund request is based on personal expectations, preference, learning style, time constraints, or subjective dissatisfaction rather than a failure to deliver the stated program.
• The request is based on technical issues, connectivity problems, device limitations, or third-party platform disruptions outside our control.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is initiated through a bank or payment provider without first following the official refund request process.
